February, 2011 - NetPower announces QPS3-W series to expand its quarter brick dc-dc converter offering. QPS3-W series accept wide input voltage range of 18 -75V, and provide full range of standard output voltages from 3.3V to 48V delivering the maximum power of 228W at efficiencies up to 93.5%. QPS3-W series lead the performance among similar products in the market.
The modules in QPS3-W series exhibit monotonic start-up into pre-biased load, robust stability, and superior thermal performance. Standard protections include input under-voltage-lock-out, output over-current/over-voltage protection, and over temperature protection. The baseplate option further enhances the thermal performance of the modules for use in harsh environment.
